SSE Reward
Concept visuals to develop the brand and customer experience.
Why
A need to create a best in class reward offering for SSE customers that would be seen as a benefit for any prospective customers.
Challenge
Dependant upon API feeds from the different venues, all of which have no consistent standards. SSE want to grow their offering to be more than gigs. Internally SSE were not 100% committed to the project.
Solution
Present back two digital experiences to SSE. Concept One that considers the limitations mentioned in the challenge and Concept Two where those limitations are lifted.

Select a preferred route, develop a prototype to test with real customers, learn from and evolve the design.
App
Create an app that could hold all your tickets, offer promotions, guide you to your seat and get you into the SSE customer lounge.
Unexpected Rewards
Using the app to know when you enter one of the venues to offer a friendly welcome, photograph opportunity, free drink or possible upgrades.
